The U.S. Court of Federal Claims publishes a roster of attorneys admitted to its bar who have handled a vaccine case in the last three years and are willing to take new ones. This is that list, organized so you can use it. Nobody pays to be here.
Darker states have more listed attorneys. Choose a state to see who's there.
Your state doesn't matter much. Vaccine cases are filed in one federal court and handled almost entirely remotely. Most of these attorneys represent clients nationwide. Pick someone who does this work regularly, wherever they sit.
About this list. Copied from the Court of Federal Claims roster generated 2026-08-24. The court does not endorse listed attorneys, and neither do we. Attorneys on the list are not required to accept any case.
